Magnify Connect provides:

  • Go High Level CRM setup and management

  • White-label CRM accounts

  • AI automation services including SMS, voice and chat systems

  • Marketing funnels, website widgets and workflow builds

  • Reporting dashboards and optimisation

  • Training materials and support resources

Service inclusions vary by plan or agreement.

2. Use of Website and Services

You must not:

  • Misuse or interfere with our Website or systems

  • Copy or redistribute our intellectual property without permission

  • Use CRM or automation systems for unlawful activities

  • Enter false or misleading information

  • Violate privacy or spam laws

You are responsible for complying with marketing, data protection and communication regulations applicable to your business.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Payments must be made according to your chosen plan, invoice or subscription.

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or account access.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Supply required access for CRM or automation builds

  • Maintain compliance with spam, privacy and data laws

  • Ensure your staff use CRM tools responsibly

Magnify Connect is not responsible for misuse of your CRM, automations or messaging tools.

5. Intellectual Property

All workflows, automations, designs, templates, training materials and digital assets created by Magnify Connect remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

You receive a licence to use these assets internally but may not resell, duplicate or distribute them without permission.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on or integrate with:

  • Go High Level

  • Meta, Google and other advertising platforms

  • AI tools for SMS, chat and voice

  • Hosting providers

  • Payment gateways

We are not liable for outages, errors or policy changes within third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses

  • We do not guarantee specific marketing or business outcomes

  • You use our services at your own risk

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • You breach these Terms

  • You engage in unlawful behaviour

You may terminate according to the cancellation terms in your subscription or agreement.

9. GDPR and Data Handling

When using Magnify Connect CRM and automations:

  • You are the data controller

  • We act as a data processor

  • You must obtain proper consent from your customers

  • You are responsible for GDPR and privacy compliance

A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can be supplied if required.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

Your continued use of the Website or services means you accept any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
